Can’t believe that adobo hasn’t been featured on GMTD in over a year (see most recently 12.077 Battle: Chicken Cinquain) – a sad sign perhaps of my ever-fading affinity with Filipino culture.  (I’ve probably made the dish for lunch a few times since then, which weren’t documented.)
