Jingjiang Rousi is a Chinese dish. Strips of pork (rousi), stir-fried in black bean sauce (jianjiang), topped with shredded scallions and other aromatics, typically served as wraps with dried tofu sheets (geon dubu) or flour pancakes (bing). In Korea, the Chinese characters are phoneticized as “gyeongjang (京醬) yukseul (肉絲).”

The dish was quite good. The meat was tender, very nicely seasoned. The toppings, including onions + scallions + cilantro + carrots, were a bit much – just the scallions and/or cilantro would’ve been fine. The geon dubu made the dish feel lighter than when served with bing (see for example 9.303 Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao). A welcome departure from the typical Korean-Chinese crap at other mainstream Korean-Chinese restaurants. And very reasonably priced at just 18,000 won.
