Udon Stir-Fry with Chicken & Beansprouts

Another experiment with noodle stir-fry (see most recently 13.204 Rice Noodles with Chicken & Bokchoy), this time with udon, plus bean sprouts and buchu.  In lieu of the yakiudon sauce base that came with the package, I improvised a more Chinese-ish sauce.

It was good.
