While primary seasoning agent was salt, I added a teaspoon of soy sauce just to darken the color. Interestingly, the torch-simulated wok hei scorched the soy sauce to provide a hint of charred caramel flavor.
Incidentally, the carrot and tomato were leftover bits from lunch.
