I am so very delighted to report that broccolini is even more like gailan when sliced and stir-fried (see for comparison 13.197 Broccolini in Oyster Sauce).

I don’t get the white Chef Boyardee dude.

However, Chinese egg noodles remain difficult to procure in Korea.  So far, I’ve only managed to find Vietnamese produced dried egg noodles on-line, which are okayish in flavor but tend to break apart during the stir-fry.
