Jogae Tang is a Korean dish. Any combination of clams (jogae), boiled in water, typically seasoned with a dash of soy sauce + a splash of rice wine, served as a soup (tang), often as more of a simmering hotpot to be shared at the middle of the table.
At Chojangjib, the clams include various white varieties, as well as mussels and scallops.

Optionally, somyeon noodles can be ordered to be cooked in the remaining broth.
