My 5th home-made pho (see most recently 13.235 Pho Ga), this time with help from a bottled sauce base by T’Asia Kitchen (see most recently 13.194 India Punjab Golden Butter Naan (Mexican Supermarket Tortilla)).
It was okay. The fragrance was sorta there, but the soup had a slightly artificial aftertaste, which was easily masked with a drizzle of sriracha sauce. Whatever.
