My fourth home-made pho (see most recently 13.219 Pho Bo), first time with chicken.

It was good.  Delicate broth, with a nice touch of spice, boosted by a dash of sriracha.  The shredded chicken breast meat was light and tasty.  Henceforth, this will be the way to do it.
