Gochujang Jjigae is a Korean dish. A thick, chunky stew, typically containing sliced aehobak/zucchini squash + potatoes + mushrooms + onions + scallions + dubu + beef/pork, simmered in a broth flavored primarily with gochujang. Based on the ingredients, all simple and popular and readily available, gochujang jjigae would seem to be a much more ubiquitous dish in Korean cuisine, but it’s not, for some reason.
W makes it on occasion, does a decent job.
