Met up with our Cheongdam neighbor again at his restaurant to discuss mutual interests (see most recently 13.198 Amuse Bouche (Deep-Fried Gnocchi)), including who will be responsible for erecting the fence between our respective properties in Cheongdam.  After treating us to a sumptuous lunch, he faced little resistance to his gentle suggestion that we take care of it.

Eggplant (3.5)
Bolognese Pasta (3.5) + Pollack Roe Rosé Pasta (2.5) + Seafood Tomato Pasta (2.5)

The scallop & caviar appetizer was sublime.  The scallops were perfectly seared, perfectly seasoned, paired perfectly with a perfectly creamy mashed potato.  The caviar didn’t really contribute much, just small bursts of brininess.  I could eat this every day and twice on Sundays.
