While ATKAHM (“A Typical Korean At-Home Meal” – by me) hasn’t been featured on GMTD in over a year (see most recently 13.046 ATHAHM ATKAHM), it’s often the spread on any given evening, even if that day’s post diverts to something that might seem more interesting (to me), like a non-Korean dish that I’d eaten for lunch.

Strictly atypical, even antithetical, to a Korean meal, I served jasmine rice (not short-grained Japonica rice).  Part of my on-going series of inappropriate starch substitutions (see most recently 13.351 Ramyeon in Tomato Sauce).
