That thing about teaching everyone a lesson on substituting imposter starches (see 13.311 Shin Spaghetti), this time in reverse with ramyeon noodles (the unused Shin noodles from last time) tossed in tomato sauce plus parmesan cheese.  Not bad, actually, defeating the purpose of the lesson.
