Although I’ve been generally positive yet somewhat reserved in my praise of the food at Taco Minor (see most recently 13.362 Tofu Avocado Burrito), my recent experiences with other taco/burrito joints are making me realize that Taco Minor deserves higher praise, even if only for respecting the essentials (see for comparison 14.083 Tacos, 14.069 Chicken Burrito, 13.294 What the Motherfuck, 13.267 Crispy Double Taco).

The hot sauce, made in-house, is perhaps the best Mexican-style hot sauce that I’ve experienced in Korea, perfectly balanced in spiciness and sweetness with a touch of smoky bitterness.

I am now comfortable to declare that Taco Minor serves the best burritos in town.

As previously noted, the tortillas are unparalleled in taste and texture.
