For anju, my cousin brought forth a can of sea urchin eggs.  Didn’t prepare it in anyway, didn’t plate it, just opened the lid and invited me to try it straight out the tin.

It looked and tasted like I imagine cat food would taste, if cat food were made of sea urchin eggs.
