Having enjoyed mid-level successes with Blue Elephant cooking aids in the past (see previously 12.014 Grilled Lamb Chops in Massaman Sauce with Saffron-Curry Rice and Potatoes, 11.204 Shrimp Pad Thai), I am disappointed that E-Mart no longer carries the brand.  This red curry was the last item that I had.

It turned out okay.  The dried herbs were somewhat annoying (perhaps because they’re past their prime).
