Rimini is an Italian restaurant chain. Whatever.

IZ needed summer shoes, so we were in the mall – he eventually settled on a sweet pair of New Balance slides. Afterwards, we had dinner at Rimini.

Ugh. Whereas bisque is a French soup, derived from the shells/heads/guts of crustaceans, such as shrimp, lobster, crab – I was anticipating some kind of pasta pescatore (see for example 13.053 Seafood Stew (Pesce) with Pasta) – the dish here was just spaghetti tossed in oil with shrimp, scallops, and whole cherry tomatoes. Somehow, the texture was simultaneously dry and greasy. The best plate of pasta that I’ve had in recent memory,
