Though not a huge fan of this product (see generally 3.266 Chapaghetti), I tried upgrading the dish with minced onions and bamboo shoots – leftover from a recent Thai dish (see 14.157 Red Curry with Shrimp, Potatoes, and Bamboo Shoots) (after more than a month, I was pleased to find that bamboo keeps quite well in the fridge).

Not bad.  Still tasted artificial, but a bit of freshness from the vegetables was nice – way better than that Parasite-inspired abomination (see 12.172 Chapaguri with Hanwoo).
