Mini Caprese Salad

After another week (see previously 14.228 Caprese Bagel), I’m at the point where I can begin to harvest the basil, at least for small applications.

Another caprese, this time more of a traditional salad with mozzarella cheese and extra virgin olive oil, as well as salt and pepper.

Still not a fan, even with basil grown by my own hand.
