Ju is a Japanese pub/restaurant.  No apparent logic to the menu, just a handful of random assortment of Koreanized Japanese izakaya items, as well as tonkatsu for meals.  Recently opened.

The tamago wasn’t that good.  The egg itself was strangely dense in texture and sweet in flavor, made worse by the mayo and teriyaki sauce on top.  Not a great first impression.

But willing to give the place another shot.
