Try Every Rice Dish at Shanghai (see TERDS)
Surprised that this dish at this place, one of our family favorites, hasn’t yet been featured on GMTD.

Another prime example of how uninformed/uncreative Korean-Chinese restaurants are, japtangbap is typically the most expensive rice plate on the menu – here, it’s 16,000 won, compared to just 8,000 won for fried rice – and yet the only name that they can think to call it means “mixed (japtang) rice (bap).” If anything, it should be called “palbochaebap” (see for example 14.023 Palbochae).
