As before, the food was excellent across the board.  

Though only my second visit, this might already be my favorite Japanese restaurant in the city.

The fourth and final leap day of GMTD (assuming it folds at the end of Cycle 16).  A fond look back at prior leap days:

• • 2012 (3.055 Jamón Serrano) – that was a really fun evening.
  • 2016 (7.055 Seared Scallops with Romaine Salad in Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing) – “On this second and very likely final leap year for GMTD…”
  • 2020 (11.055 Baked Chili-Corn Casarecce) – at the start of the growing pandemic, just before the mandatory lockdown of Manila.
