Chaitiang is a Thai restaurant. Judging by the photos, it’s more of a bar with a pool table and karaoke stage, catering to students at Gacheon University. W found the place on a food delivery app, where the menu options (and names of dishes in Thai) suggested authenticity.

When the tops of the containers were opened, everything looked legit. Even the initial aroma had a strong scent of fish sauce. But alas, the flavors and textures fell way short.
Still, the prices are cheap enough – most dishes between 12,000 – 15,000 won – that I might be willing to give it another shot.
