A couple improvements, inching closer to perfection: first, seasoning the stock with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt and Old Bay Seasoning; second, initially boiling the noodles in the stock then removing them before adding the other ingredients, and serving the noodles on the side, preventing the pasta from overcooking and getting bloated while sitting in the soup, especially for leftovers.
