The best thing about this restaurant is that the owner/chef shops for ingredients daily, which means that everything is impeccably fresh, with occasional seasonal items (see most recently 15.161 Dol Meonggae). Today, it was grilled gulbi, a fish that I generally find to be dry and bland, but here it was amazingly juicy and delicious.
With our annual warehouse sale coming up with weekend, I brought W and the boys to the office to help with preparations. Afterwards, having put in a strenuous 3 hours of work (assembling gift-with-purchase “swag bags”), they felt that they’d earned the privilege of eating Japanese for dinner.
