Yesterday’s basic tomato sauce (see 15.247 Spaghetti & Meatballs), plus a few glugs of heavy cream to make it rosy.

Jim Beam Grapefruit Highball (3.5): love it, the bittersweetness of the grapefruit pairing very nicely with the bourbon – best canned highball that I’ve encountered yet.
