Following up on the tofu dish a few weeks back (see generally 15.300 Pan-Fried Doufu with Cabbage), but with a much more aggressive soy-based sauce, which paired very nicely with the hearty shiitake mushrooms.  Everybody loved it.

W and the boys use a new towel every time that they shower, often twice daily, resulting in hampers overflowing with towels at the end of the week – so, to teach them a lesson, I made them wash the towels by hand in the bathtub.
