Purchased a whole slab of chuck eye roll from Costco.  Previously, I’d purchased a whole slab of chuck eye roll from Costco for the primary objective of making roast beef, then saving the rest for other applications (see most recently 15.152 Roast Chuck Eye Roll Au Jus).   This time more for the latter, but made roast beef anyway just to use up a few kilos.
