The solution to reheating frozen corn tortillas for use in tacos, which had I’d never considered all these years (see generally 15.342 Enchilasagna) yet figured out within seconds of researching the topic on YouTube, is to fry them in a skillet over low heat with a few drops of oil.

Shoulda kept the chicken breasts whole and pan-grilled them for better flavor and texture but, given the hassle of the tortillas, opted for the short cut of slicing the meat into strips and sautéing everything at once in a wok.
