The last that I made enchiladas, nearly 7 years ago: “I’d purchased a huge pack of corn tortillas, and I don’t know what else to do with them, don’t care enough to try something different” (see 9.010 Beef Enchiladas).
Same thing here.

I’d bought them to make tacos (same reason before), but they’re crumbly, whether because they’re crappy to begin with, or their structural integrity has deteriorated through improper storage, or I’m not reheating them properly, or all of the above.
