Other than the braised dubu at Iri Garden (see most recently 15.345 Dubu Jjim), pan-frying at home is my favorite way to eat dubu, even though this is only the 2nd time that it’s being featured as a stand-alone dish since debuting in Cycle 1 (1.288 Dubu Jijim); it’s regularly featured as a side dish, usually in the context of AHQFT (see for example 9.074 AHQFGT Deluxe).
