Mexcian/Mediterranean hybrid wrap comprising pita bread + roasted chicken breasts + shredded cabbage + colby jack cheese + pico de gallo + hummus.

DID YOU KNOW: according to one theory, the words “pita” and “pizza” might share their etymological origin in the Ancient Greek “pikta,” which means “fermented pastry.

Not bad. The pita, cut in half to form pockets and stuffed with the fillings, were crispy on the outside and squishy on the inside, with hints of charred flavor. The Spicy Love Hummus, made in Greece, provided a pleasantly creamy kick. Because of those 2 components, the wrap tasted more Mediterranean than Mexican.
