GTS Burger is an American restaraurant.  Specializes in burgers.  Franchise, currently 26 locations across the country.Discovered the place on the evening of the duck debacle (see 16.053 Imperial Hong Kong Roast Duck (Not)).

The burger was good.  A smashburger, with the beef crispy on the edges.   Nicely melted cheese.  Fresh lettuce and tomato.  The bun was pleasantly squishy but not toasted.  The only major drawback was the sauce: a pinkish glaze that reminded me of Thai chili sauce served with spring rolls, too sweet.  Second-best burger that I’ve experienced in Wirye (see for comparison 12.125 Garlic Mayo Burger), but the other place is no longer in business, so by default GTS is now the best.

Next time, I’ll ask for mustard only.
