Definitely, the gogi (meat) mandu at this place are much better than the kimchi mandu (see for comparison 14.230 Jjin Gogi Mandu).

This nifty gadget requires but a half-cup of water and begins to steam within seconds; also has inserts to steam additional layers of food – I use it to steam potatoes for mashed potatoes.
