The mandu were purchased a couple weeks back, when I was in the neighborhood to renew my visa (see 14.216 Kal Mandu Guk).  I steamed the dumplings, rather than boiling them (see for comparison 11.233 Gogi Mandu).

Much better, as the structural integrity of skins were preserved and water didn’t penetrate into the fillings.
