Steak Marsala

with the Family

Though I’ve paired steak with mushrooms in the past (see for example 15.253 Pan-Seared Chuck Steak in Creamy Truffle Mushroom Sauce), this was a first with marsala sauce specifically.

Turned out perfect, perhaps my best one yet (see most recently 16.055 Chicken Marsala).
