- 2 TB olive oil
- 2 TB butter
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 cup minced tomato
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 TB tomato paste
- 1 TB chicken powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup water
