As hardcore Korean as a dish can get, not even a perfunctory attempt to make it vaguely Chinese (whatever that would be). No idea why they would even feel the need to offer this spicy soup, given the presence of jjambbong in all its variations. And not a rice dish per se, even if it usually is served with rice on the side.

It was okay, though I have a sneaking suspicion – something about the uniformity of the taste and texture – that it may have come from a package and reheated upon order, perhaps with the addition of fresh enoki mushrooms and such.
