Oxtail in Black Pepper Sauce

Boiled the oxtail intending to make a soup, as always (see most recently 16.241 Ggoritang), I was inspired at the last minute to pair it with black pepper sauce, using the packaged base from Jumbo Seafood, intended for black pepper crab (see for example 16.090 Black Pepper King Crab). I wonder if any Singaporean has ever done so.
