The Just Cheese Pizza is priced at 18,900 (see for example 15.311 Just Cheese Pizza).  The Single Pepperoni Pizza is 19,900.  Which would mean the first layer of pepperoni costs 1,000.  So the Double Pepperoni Pizza should be 20,900, but it’s 22,900.  Which would mean the second layer of pepperoni (presumably an equal amount) costs 3,000.
