Kou Shui Ji (Gusugye)

Ku Shui Ji is a Sichuanese dish. Chicken is poached, sliced, topped with soy sauce + chili oil + Sichuan peppercorns. The name of the dish means “mouth (口) watering (水) chicken (雞).”
Whatever – both the dish, as well as the food overall, which was mediocre across the board this time.
