I usually prepare Korean noodles to accompany bossam (see most recently 16.322 Kimchi Bibim Guksu), but this time I went Japanese.

Although I prefer soba with loads of veg (see for example 13.167 Salad Soba), the bossam platter was already loaded with cabbage, as well as radish, so I kept the noodles simple, traditional (the way IZ likes it).
