When DJ had gone off to college last August, his grandparents (my parents) hosted a farewell dinner here (see 16.217 Sinseollo Bingsu).
And so to celebrate his winter break return, here we were again.
While the main event was galbi, I was more interested in the galbi tang, which used to be one of our all-time favorite dishes, especially as takeout when we were living relatively nearby in Oksu (see most recently 5.001 Galbi Tang) – I’ve had it probably close to 50 times in my life, but it’s never been featured at the restaurant, until now.
