The restaurant is presumably related in some way to Bbyong eui Jeonseol (see generally 16.204 Haemul Jjambbong), though only the name and the font of “Bbyong eui Jeonseol” on the front signage are the same. Didn’t bother to ask.
Picking up IZ at school, we shot a few games of pool at a nearby billiard hall and grabbed dinner afterwards – the plan had been to eat at Pungmi (see generally 16.293 Yangjangpi), but this place caught my eye.
The jjambbong was okay. Nothing like the other Bbyong: different name of the dish, different price, different bowl, different ingredients, different noodles. But whatever.
