Pungmi is a Korean-Chinese restaurant.  (Judging by the signage, the restaurant would seem to have another location in Wirye, which I will be interested to visit.)

Located 187 m from the entrance to SIS – next door to Mijane Chakhan Sikdang (see generally 16.104 Jeyuk Bokkeum).

IZ had a school thing that ended near dinnertime.  So long as we were picking him up, we ate dinner nearby.

Japchaebap (3.0): never seen such thick noodles.

The food was good.  Predictable menu, but the ingredients and preparation were solid, with good service and a slightly elevated vibe.  I wouldn’t object to a repeat visit.
