In the initial exploration of the 130 Jikhwa Gan Jjajang Myeon sauce base product, I had “just eyeballed” the amounts of added ingredients (e.g., onions, zucchini, pork), enough for 3 servings, and used 3 packets (i.e., 1 per serving), resulting in a sauce that was “unbearably salty” 16.360 130 Jikhwa Gan Jjajang Myeon) – no wonder, each packet is actually meant for 2-3 servings, as I noticed this time.

Measuring the amounts this time, and with just 1 packet, the sauce turned out quite nice, as close to the real deal that I’ve made at home.
