Jang Hodeok Son Mandu is a Korean restaurant.  Specializes in hand-made mandu.   Franchise founded 2021, already with a gazillion locations across the country.

Located in A-Pl Tower.

I’m a huge fan of these street-side steamed mandu joints.  Though I’ve never gone out of my way to visit one, I can rarely resist when passing by (see for example 13.316 Kimchi Mandu).  I despise food franchises in general, but the steamed mandu set-up, as well as the nature of the food (i.e., mandu filling and skins provided by headquarters, assembled on-site) lends itself well to the franchise model.

According to the website, the company holds a patent on making mandu, which sounds as bogus as most claims of patents by restaurants in Korea (see also 16.244 Nakji Bossam Hansang).

Alas, the mandu wasn’t that great.  Kinda bland.  And pricy at 6,500 for 8 dumplings – the other place in Wirye Plaza only charges 5,000 (see for comparison 16.323 Ddeok Mandu Guk).
