Since (homemade) marsala was first featured in December 2024 (see generally 15.340 Chicken Marsala), about 15 months ago, tonight’s dish represents already the 12th variation on theme (see most recently 16.169 Steak Marsala) – and it’s starting to fatigue.  Also, the lack of fresh parsley – which, for some reason, no longer seems to be sold at supermarkets these days, even E-Mart – made it feel slouchy.
