Well-Being Mart sells frozen seolleong tang made from Hanwoo.  The “deumbbuk” means “loaded.”

Not bad.  Granted, the broth is completely unseasoned, requiring the addition of salt and pepper.  I also added shiitake + enoki + scallions.  A solid foundation, could also be used for ddeok guk, miyeoko guk.
