Pan-Seared Salmon with Spaghetti in Rao’s Homemade Vodka Sauce

The same as before (see for comparison 17.238 Pan-Seared Salmon and Asparagus with Fettuccine in Rao’s Homemade Vodka Sauce), but better this time with Garofalo (dried) spaghetti vs Scoiattalo (fresh) fettuccine (see generally Fettuccine with Bacon & Asparagus in Cream Sauce), both purchased at Costco.
Garofalo spaghetti – bronze cut, resulting in rough, porous texture, which facilitates sauce clingage – is my favorite pasta product available in Korea, more than anything by De Cecco or Rumi.
