Pel’s Pizza is an Italian-American restaurant.  Specializes in pan pizza.  From the on-line photos, the business appears to be focused more on delivery than dine-in.  Franchise chain, currently 5 locations.

The Pel’s Original was solid.  As described on the app: “loaded with Bolognese ragout [sic], Italian sausage, bacon crumble, and pepperoni” – each properly cooked – check out the cuppy pepps! – for a pleasing range of tastes and textures.  Though generally not a fan of pan pizza, the crust was nicely cooked to a crisp, not at all greasy.
